Account Executives

About the Role

This role entails establishing trust and credibility with key partners through conducting product demos both in-person and via webinars:

  • Articulate and manage PactSafe’s sales cycles to present the value of our solution to decision makers
  • Develop and manage relationships within enterprise organizations
  • Present the value of our services to C-level executives
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com

Responsibilities

  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Manage complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our platform
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Exceed/Achieve monthly and quarterly activity goals and quotas
  • Perform engaging presentations and demonstrations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends - Document Transaction Management (DTM)
  • Evaluate customers needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Be comfortable with company wide initiatives such as Happy Hour Fridays

Senior Software Engineers

About the Role

PactSafe is forming a tight-knit team of talented and passionate engineers to build the legal platform of the future. As a full-stack engineer for a rapidly moving startup, you will have full ownership of development tasks from design through deployment. We’re looking for a true jack-of-all trades – proficient in both front-end and back-end development, as well as other areas such as design, testing and security. You will contribute to each of the components that make up the PactSafe platform, including the front-end app, REST API, Activity API and JavaScript analytics library. With the majority of our platform built on Node.js and Backbone.js, JavaScript expertise is essential.

However, you’ll always have the freedom to discover and leverage new frameworks. Innovation and curiosity are absolutely core to our team, so we'll encourage you to constantly develop new skills and hone your existing skills. Business Development Representatives 

As a Business Development Representative, you will be expected to diligently contact and build relationships with prospective clients each day. This role will require a dedicated work ethic within a fast-paced tech startup. An ideal candidate should be an unyielding self-starter driven to help heighten our business daily. We want you to find customers who believe in our platform as much as we do.

About the Role

  • Make a great first impression on our prospects and current customers by providing them with all-star treatment
  • Work with Account Executives to fill pipeline and generate growth
  • Conduct high level conversations with C-Level Executives in prospective accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 1- 2 years of sales experience (software sales is a plus)
