Customer success managers at PactSafe are the voice of the customer. They are at the forefront of the business, providing the eyes and ears of the customer to drive development, marketing, and sales. Your role is to reinforce the value of PactSafe for every customer at every touchpoint, including introducing new opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
