- Who We Serve
Each week, PactSafe will discuss and post about specific standardized agreements and how they can be turned into one-click contracts. Last week, we covered Employee Code of Conduct. This week, we're focusing on Employment Agreement: what it is, why its typical signing method isn't ideal, and how it can be turned into a one click contract on the PactSafe platform.
A one click contract is like any other contract, but it’s presented in a way that allows the person signing it to do so by simply clicking on it. With very few exceptions, any contract can be signed with a single click on a website, from a phone, in an email — anywhere you meet your customers digitally, you can deliver a 1-click contract.
A formal agreement that specifies the conditions of the relationship between an employee and an employer including compensation and expectations.
An authorized signer of the company and the employee.
Actual paper or via traditional eSignature like DocuSign, HelloSign, etc.
It’s a waste of paper and/or storage intensive with the pdfs. Extra typing and clicks for the accepting employee.

Uploading your standard offer letter verbiage into PactSafe. Setting up ‘tokens’ for the individually specific parts of the agreement (i.e. name, title, compensation, start date, etc). Sending the Employment Agreement template with completed tokens specific to the Employee’s employment arrangement to an authorized signer and the employee. Clicking accept indicates acceptance of the Agreement by the authorized signer on behalf of the Company and the employee.
No paper. No entering your information or choosing your signature style when signing. Easily updated for each new hire. Seamless process for acceptance. Review the agreement. One click to accept. You’re done.
1-click contracts are absolutely binding. Also known as “clickwraps,” courts have enforced millions of contracts accepted by a single click. PactSafe’s platform was built to help ensure 1-click contracts are created in compliance with all the best practices established in 1000’s of court cases over the past 20+ years.
