- Who We Serve
Each week, PactSafe will discuss and post about specific standardized agreements and how they can be turned into one-click contracts. Last week, we covered Board of Directors Written Consent Forms. This week, we're focusing on the Sales Order Form: what it is, why its typical signing method isn't ideal, and how it can be turned into a clickwrap on the PactSafe platform.
A sales order specifies the details about products and/or services ordered by a specific customer along with the price, quantity, and terms and conditions. Businesses use it as a confirmation document that is sent to the customers before delivery of goods or service.
Sales order form is signed by businesses or consumers.
Typically, Sales Order Forms are signed via pen and paper or traditional e-signature, pdf based products delivered via Email
This method of signing is not ideal because PDF sucks it increases the amount of friction in the Sales Process, reducing conversion rates and Sales Efficiency which ultimately cost a business time and money (money squared).

A one click contract is like any other contract, but it’s presented in a way that allows the person signing it to do so by simply clicking on it. With very few exceptions, any contract can be signed with a single click on a website, from a phone, in an email — anywhere you meet your customers digitally, you can deliver a 1-click contract.
As a personalized contract you can build a Template in PactSafe that pre populates with info from your CRM and dynamically renders the correct terms and delivers via SMS or email for one click acceptance.
A Sales Order form works better as a 1 click contract because you can dynamically populate the right terms at the right time associated with the products/services that are being sold and creates a better user experience. It also reduces redlines and increases Sales Efficiency.
1-click contracts are absolutely binding. Also known as “clickwraps,” courts have enforced millions of contracts accepted by a single click. PactSafe’s platform was built to help ensure 1-click contracts are created in compliance with all the best practices established in 1000’s of court cases over the past 20+ years.
