In tune with the changing of the seasons, Autumn has brought PactSafe lots of positive change this past month! As we roll further into Q4—our involvement with Acceleprise is coming to a close, we are adding artwork to our office walls, and desks have been rearranged to make room for our newest team member, Kate Davis.
With an increase in business and a full office, PactSafe is excited to continue growing in the months ahead. I took some time to chat with Kate and learn a little more about her. Check it out!
Where are you from? What’s your background and what were you up to before starting at PactSafe?
KD: Born and raised in Carmel, IN. Graduated from IUPUI. My background is a combo of radio and technology. I was a radio on air personality at 2 local stations in Indy, was a project manager of sales and marketing for a local entrepreneur, Scott A. Jones, and business development for Salesforce.
You’re the 7th addition to the PactSafe team. That’s a lucky number! Anything you’re excited about?
KD: The number 7 just so happens to be my favorite number! I'm so excited to have joined a company with people and a product that I believe in. This opportunity is so exciting because we are building and scaling a company from the ground up.
What’s your new role entail?
KD: Director of Business Development, which involves identifying a prospective territory while building out the whole lead process from inbound to outbound prospecting and follow up. Also, working with marketing to create cross channel and direct mail campaigns.
Favorite Indy thing to do in your free time?
KD: I have a rescued pit bull that thinks she's a cat named Shiloh, that I love spending time with. I also am a huge fan of live music so I am constantly going to concerts and shows in and around Indy. My favorite venues are the Lawn, the Vogue, and Old National Center - Egyptian Room
Any fun hobbies, activities, or other involvement?
KD: I am very involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I co-founded an annual charity event called Circle Around LLS, and was captain of the Light the Night Walk Team. I also am very involved with the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, as a planning committee member for Through the Looking Glass Gala for the last 4 years.
Kate is already buckled in and working to make things happen here at PactSafe! Welcome to the team, Kate!
Don’t miss out!
